The picker is limited to destinations supported by your store’s Shopify shipping setup. If a country doesn’t appear, it usually means you don’t ship there (or it isn’t included in your shipping zones).

Geo-IP is an optional setting. If enabled, the widget tries to estimate a shopper’s country/region from their IP address to speed up the first estimate. If it can’t, or if the estimate isn’t usable, shoppers can select their destination and enter a Postal/ZIP code manually.
Yes. In the app’s Settings, you can choose a Readability size (X-Compact, Compact, Default, Large) to fit your cart page and drawer layout.

No. The app does not store customer addresses. Destination details are used only to retrieve an estimate, and final totals are confirmed at checkout.
The app includes a 14-day free trial managed by Shopify Billing. You’ll be asked to approve billing to unlock the widget in your store. Charges begin after the trial unless you uninstall or cancel before that date. Uninstalling stops future renewals. Shopify doesn’t automatically prorate unused time in the current billing period.
