Who we are

Cart Shipping Calculator is developed by Fixpoint One, a Shopify app provider based in Canada.

What the app does

The app displays live shipping rates in your store’s cart using Shopify’s APIs. It does not store customer personal information.

Data handling

• No customer PII is persisted by the app.
• Postal/ZIP values are used transiently to request rates and are not stored after use.
• No IP addresses are stored or shared by the app. Geo-IP is used only to estimate region via a secure proxy.

GDPR compliance

The app implements Shopify’s required GDPR endpoints and responds to the following topics: customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled. These endpoints return HTTP 200 within the required time window.
